In 2005, Nelly decided to create a work life balance for herself. This led her to coaching, where she qualified as an accredited coach with Coaching and Mentoring International CMI. Based on her personal values and corporate experience, Nelly believes that everyone should be helped to achieve balance in their life which will eventually lead to releasing their full potential. Nelly is originally from Lebanon and has been living in Dubai since 1997. She is fluent in Arabic and English and understands French. Nelly is married to another Lebanese and has 3 children together. Nelly is an active member in the community involved in some charity events.
